  • Is there really no free tier?

    Right. SkyRockit is paid-only with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. We removed the free tier because it attracted tire-kickers, not customers — the tool gets better when everyone using it is actually using it.

  • What happens after my 14-day trial ends?

    You'll be prompted to subscribe to keep your account active. If you don't subscribe, your account is locked but your data is preserved for 30 days. After 90 days, the account is archived. You can subscribe anytime to recover full access.

  • Can I switch between monthly and annual later?

    Yes. You can switch billing intervals from your account settings at any time. Annual saves $38 a year compared to paying monthly.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no calls, no forms, no retention scripts. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

  • Do you offer team plans or seats?

    Not right now. SkyRockit is built for the solo operator and the one-person shop. If team features become genuinely useful (not bolted-on), we'll consider them. Until then, every dollar of focus goes into making the single-user experience exceptional.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not accept PayPal, crypto, or wire transfer at this time.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    We don't issue refunds — that's why we offer a real 14-day free trial with full feature access. Use the trial to decide. If something breaks or you encounter a real issue, contact us and we'll make it right.

  • I'm a legacy user paying $9.99/mo. Does this affect me?

    No. If you were paying $9.99/mo before this pricing change, you're grandfathered at that rate for as long as your subscription remains active. The new $19/mo price applies to new subscribers only.
